Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of Marketing OS (“the Service”), available at marketing.teka.ma and operated by Teka Maroc (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Marketing OS is an internal business tool used to manage marketing projects, campaigns, trade marketing, budgets, suppliers, purchasing, invoices, assets and approvals. It may connect to advertising platforms such as Meta and TikTok to import campaign performance reports.

2. Accounts

• Accounts are created by a workspace administrator for employees and authorised partners.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account.
• Guest review links (for example 3D plan approvals) are personal to the recipient and must not be shared.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use connected advertising accounts in breach of the platform's own terms.

4. Connected platforms

When an administrator connects an advertising account, the Service uses read-only reporting access to display results such as spend, impressions, clicks and conversions. You may disconnect a platform at any time from Connections; imported results are kept unless deleted.

5. Content and data

Documents, images, plans and data uploaded to the Service remain the property of Teka Maroc or their respective owners. We process them only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.

7. Termination

Access may be suspended or removed by an administrator at any time, for example when employment or a partnership ends.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
