Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how Teka Maroc (“we”) handles information in Marketing OS (“the Service”), available at marketing.teka.ma.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: name, work email, job title, phone number, role and optional profile photo.
• Work data: projects, tasks, campaigns, budgets, supplier details, quotations, purchase orders, invoices, files and comments entered by users.
• Guest reviewers: name, decision and comments submitted through a review link.
• Advertising data: when an administrator connects Meta or TikTok, we receive aggregated campaign reports (campaign names, spend, impressions, reach, clicks, conversions). We do not receive personal data of people who saw the ads.
• Technical data: sign-in events and an activity log used for security and auditing.

2. How we use information

Only to operate the Service: managing marketing work, approvals and finance workflows, reporting campaign results, sending work notifications by email, and keeping the platform secure. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

3. Connected platform access

Access tokens for Meta and TikTok are stored encrypted on our servers, used only to read reporting data for the linked advertising accounts, and are deleted when the platform is disconnected. Our use of information received from these platforms follows their developer policies.

4. Sharing

Data is visible only to authorised users according to their role. We use trusted hosting and email providers to run the Service. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encrypted connections, role-based access controls and audit logging. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes.

6. Cookies and local storage

The Service uses your browser's local storage for your sign-in session, language and theme. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

7. Retention and deletion

Data is kept while needed for business and legal record-keeping. You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, or deletion of data received from a connected platform, by emailing contact@teka.ma. We respond within 30 days.

8. Your rights

In accordance with Moroccan Law 09-08 on personal data protection, you may access, correct and object to the processing of your personal data.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
